I've been away for a few weeks - nothing scrappy to show. I am back today to link with Kim of Kim's Big Quilting Adventure for Scrap Basket Sunday.
All I have been sewing is sashing, which was made from yardage and technically not scrappy. BUT the blocks inside of the sashing are definitely scrappy.
Let me tell you how happy I am to have bit the bullet and purchased the 1/2 yard of Harvest Moon Branch Navy yesterday when I discovered my WOF sashing strips came up 3 blocks too short. Just sewing the bottom row increased my HAPPY!
This is Lynn Wilder of Sew'n Wild Oaks' pattern Country Charmer. The sashing connected in all the right places like a CHARM! - so glad I did not decide to piece or (don't dare tell I even thought of this!) - stretch the fabric I had to make it fit.

I agree. Sometimes you just have to make a purchase and the quilt is well worth it! It looks great.
Lovely! Lovely! We are working at about the same pace...I'll probably post later this evening...provided I don't melt!
Looks great. A really gorgeous quilt.
Looks great. It's a beautiful quilt.
Looks great! I read Lynn's blog too, so I've seen both her versions as well. Every time I see it made up, I love it; might have to add to my list of quilts to make (why not, the list is only about 40 projects long).
That's one of the quilts on my list, and yours is looking great! You're an inspiration!
