For by Grace .....

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.”

I've Been Helping the Easter Bunny!

Thanks to Shabby Fabrics' Easter discount, Sue Abrey's Pick Four book and Lynn Wilder's Patchwork Math book, I just spent the morning helping both the Easter Bunny and the economy. The Easter Bunny loves these people! And, I will soon have the fabrics to start two new quilts! Oh, Yes!

Looks like Snoopy has
a Wagon of Patchwork!

Miss Nosey Rosie

Nope - not a loose connection. Must be the motherboard battery. Cats are so smart!

The motherboard battery on my computer needed replacing. I found online instructions, bought the battery and Miss Nosey Rosie helped me take care of the situation. I failed to get any actual pictures of her assistance when the back was off the computer. I was much too busy removing following the guidance of her paws, nose and tail. When this cat works, her really works!

The exhausted Ms Cat is relaxing.
Her probably won't move for hours.

WAIT!!!

IS THE HUMAN TRYING TO TRICK MS CAT?

MS CHA CHA KNOWS THE ONLY REASON TO GO TO THE KITCHEN IS

CAT TREATS!
The war is ON!

Pattern Testing Becomes NewFO

I had the pleasure and honor of testing Sue Abrey's soon to be released Wimbledon Squares quilt pattern. My version is a bit smaller - an over-sized lap - named Lavender Blue Dilly Dilly. The quilter has not yet gotten her hands on my flimsy (see the lavender Ms Cat has her back feet on? - well that is the backing to be). This quilt is for my niece, Bailey.

Sue's pattern went together like a dream. I had quite a fun time with this! And, she told me I could share the quilt just in time to link to Barbara's NewFO Challenge for the month. Ms Cat was wondering what I was going to show because her knows this is the only thing I worked on the past month. Here are outside pictures (sans the naughty cat!) of  Lavender Blue Dilly Dilly .....

Okay, okay ... so there is a bit of picture overload. The pattern testing was very new to me. I had a blast. Thank you, Sue, for letting me participate.
