Time change or NOT!

The human has gone crazy! Her says it is 730 AM, when the cat knows it is 8:30 a.m. The cat wants her treats - NOW! The cat does not care about this time change the human refers to. Bad human!

A Start is a Start

My dieting hit a very, very stubborn plateau. I've not been gaining BUT the weight loss stopped weeks and weeks ago. So today I tried something different. I'm adding walking.

These are a few of the sights I saw at Under the Oaks, a lovely local park on the Bay, on my morning stroll.

I am out of practice and in lousy shape. The quarter mile track at the park took me 20 minutes and included several rest stops. Yet, I must remember A Start is a Start!
